It is the responsibility of the client to maintain all scheduled sessions. A 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling and or rescheduling any appointment(s). This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  We may give a courtesy call as a reminder, but the client is responsible for all appointments. If you are unable to give us 24 hour advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment(s). Walk in clients will not be serviced. Any client receiving massage therapy services MUST be over the age of 18.

We require appointments for all sessions. A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO HOLD ALL APPOINTMENTS. Appointments are subject to availability. If you arrive to your scheduled session and you are sick or appear to be sick/sunburn/fever or any other illness you will not be serviced. FEES MAY APPLY. We are not open on holidays. Our hours of services are subject to change without notice, due to therapist availability.


 We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however our cancellation policy will be enforced.

It is the responsibility of the client to maintain their scheduled session. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. Payment must be promptly made before another session will be scheduled. Gift certificate and or voucher is subject to forfeiture.

It is the responsibilty of the client to maintain their scheduled session. We book all appointments on the hour. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.  Regardless of the length of the therapy actually given, you will be responsible for the price of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes, late your session is subject to cancellation, fees may apply, and or forfeiture of gift certificate and or voucher. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.
We appreciate your business. Full payment is required for each session before the massage session begins. A vaild credit card is required to hold appointments. The credit card will be charged $1.00 to hold the appointment and or the full amount of the session if client no calls/no shows. We accept most major credit cards and cash. No personal checks will be accepted. Gift certificates must be used for full amount at the time of the session. Gift certificates have no cash value and may be subject to forfeiture.
 Gratuity is not included in the price of the massage & bodywork therapy services. Although gratuity is not required, a cash gratiuty is appreciated.  It is customary to leave a 20% gratuity to your massage therapist.
Massage and bodywork therapy makes a great gift.
Gift Certificates have no cash value, may not be divided, are non-refundable, and is non-transferable. The full amount must be used at time of session. Cancellation/reschedule policy applies and gift certificate may be subject to forfeiture.
May not be combined with any other offer, sale, or promotion. Gift Certificates will expire and must be used within 30 (thirty) calendar days after purchase.
